The Domain: Sophie and Clément Maire-Kurdziel, oenologists since 2009, established their vineyard in the Loire Valley in 2011. They started with an old Cabernet Franc vine in Chinon, "Les Justices", in 2018, focusing on organic and additive-free winemaking. Their venture expanded with unique blends and varieties by 2020, now managing about 2 hectares. They emphasize organic practices and collaborate with like-minded vignerons to diversify their wine range. The Cuvee: A 100% Cabernet Franc wine, made with minimal intervention and a 20-day maceration for a fruity flavor and silky tannins.
