Medium greenish yellow, very vibrant, fine mousse. Intense scent of yellow fruits, ripe apple and yellow plum, exotic mango, a hint of orange zest and acacia blossom honey nuances. Intense, taut and full-bodied on the palate, stimulating acidity, a slight saline-mineral touch. Dried fruits, and nutty reverberations. Great, distinctive length. An ideal food companion.
