Something special - this Pommard 1er Cru from Frederic Cossard, made with 100% organic Pinot Noir grapes, grown on a gorgeous vineyard overlooking the Climat des Petits Epenots, this wine captures the essence of its terroir like no other. Handpicked with care, these grapes undergo a natural vinification process, including a three-week maceration with whole clusters. After that, they chill out for 12 months in ovoid concrete tanks, unfined and unfiltered, letting their true flavors shine through without any added sulfites.
