Riddle Wines Sparkling Grenache El Dorado AVA 2020

Riddle Wines was born because I wanted to make wine that is the purest form of what the vineyard, harvest and climate created. Cutting out any additions or heavy-handed winemaking methods is the best way I know how to do it. I work with vineyard owners who put their passion and knowledge into the vines and don’t use any herbicides or pesticides (Organic and Regenerative practices). I also farm 3 vineyards regeneratively in Sonoma.

Style: Grenache Ancestral Sparkling; 22 months sur lees

Additions: No additions

Tasting Notes: Energetic mousse with warm cream-sickle and pomegranate notes. Perfect for a porch on a sunset evening. Also makes for a great mimosa replacement.

Aging: 22 months neutral oak/sur lees/sans sulfur

Production: 520 Bottles

Numbers: 3.21 pH, 12.1% ABV
