Vineyard notes - Grapes are harvested by hand and softly pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Ater aging on the lees for 30 months, it is dirgorged without dosage. Full-bodied and elegant wine, scent of custard, fresh, savory and persistent taste.
